IHPA members who have a keen interest in the world of horse racing and like a flutter may want to take a tentative but economical step into the world of ownership are invited to look at the web site of the Elite Racing Club www.eliteracingclub.co.uk. For a small investment per year of just £169 members can enjoy the fun of being an owner in a small way, with more than a passing interest in some 20 horses on the flat and over the sticks.
